Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by slicing the chicken, zucchinis, bell pepper, and onion.
  2. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, toss the sliced chicken with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the chicken: Add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
