- 18 Graham Crackers
- 1 box Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 container Whipped Topping
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- Peanut Butter or Nutella (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the pudding: In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix and milk. Whisk until smooth.
- Create the first layer: Break graham crackers into pieces and cover the bottom of a rectangular dish.
- Add pudding: Spread half of the prepared chocolate pudding over the graham crackers.
- The marshmallow moment: Sprinkle a layer of mini marshmallows over the pudding.
- Second layer of grahams: Layer more graham cracker pieces on top of the marshmallows.
- More pudding: Spread the remaining chocolate pudding on top of the graham crackers.
- Add another marshmallow layer: Sprinkle more marshmallows on top.
- Final layer of whipped topping: Top with whipped topping and spread evenly.
- Garnish and chill: Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve and enjoy: Slice into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use coconut whipped cream and almond milk. You can also be creative with layers, such as adding fruits or flavored marshmallows.
