Description

A delightful, no-bake dessert that captures all the nostalgic flavors of traditional s’mores in a layered treat of chocolate pudding, marshmallows, and graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 18 Graham Crackers
  • 1 box Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 container Whipped Topping
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • Peanut Butter or Nutella (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding: In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Create the first layer: Break graham crackers into pieces and cover the bottom of a rectangular dish.
  3. Add pudding: Spread half of the prepared chocolate pudding over the graham crackers.
  4. The marshmallow moment: Sprinkle a layer of mini marshmallows over the pudding.
  5. Second layer of grahams: Layer more graham cracker pieces on top of the marshmallows.
  6. More pudding: Spread the remaining chocolate pudding on top of the graham crackers.
  7. Add another marshmallow layer: Sprinkle more marshmallows on top.
  8. Final layer of whipped topping: Top with whipped topping and spread evenly.
  9. Garnish and chill: Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve and enjoy: Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, use coconut whipped cream and almond milk. You can also be creative with layers, such as adding fruits or flavored marshmallows.
