  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven: Set it to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the walnuts: Chop your walnuts and toast them on a baking sheet for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Mix your sticky ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the maple syrup and cinnamon over medium heat.
  4. Add the protein powder: Remove from heat and stir in the protein powder until smooth.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients: In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, walnuts, and dried fruit. Pour over the warm maple mixture.
  6. Shape the bark: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture down firmly.
  7. Bake it up: Let it bake for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool and cut: Allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
