Ingredients

  • ½ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Start with your base: In a mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt and stir to break up any clumps, making it smooth.
  2. Incorporate the tahini into the yogurt and whisk until combined.
  3. Sweeten with honey while whisking continuously to keep the mousse light.
  4. Add the cocoa powder and protein powder, sifting them in to prevent lumps.
  5. Flavor it up by adding vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
  6. Taste your mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Chill by dividing into serving bowls and refrigerating for at least 1 hour.
  8. Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream or other garnishes!

Notes

For a thicker mousse, allow the yogurt to sit at room temperature before mixing. Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
