- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Start with your base: In a mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt and stir to break up any clumps, making it smooth.
- Incorporate the tahini into the yogurt and whisk until combined.
- Sweeten with honey while whisking continuously to keep the mousse light.
- Add the cocoa powder and protein powder, sifting them in to prevent lumps.
- Flavor it up by adding vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
- Taste your mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Chill by dividing into serving bowls and refrigerating for at least 1 hour.
- Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream or other garnishes!
Notes
For a thicker mousse, allow the yogurt to sit at room temperature before mixing. Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
