Description

A delicious twist on classic pizza flavors wrapped in flaky croissant rolls, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or 4 mozzarella sticks, halved)
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it on a clean surface.
  4. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning (if using) evenly over the dough. Place mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices at the wider end of each triangle.
  5. Starting at the wide end, roll the dough up tightly. Place each roll on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Once out of the oven, let the rolls cool for a couple of minutes.
  8. Plate your croissant rolls alongside a bowl of marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

These rolls can be made in advance and chilled before baking. You can also experiment with different fillings such as veggies or BBQ chicken for variations.
