Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 tea bags (black tea)
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a medium saucepan until rolling.
  2. Steep the tea bags in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add sugar while the tea is still warm and stir until dissolved.
  4. Infuse the sliced peaches into the warm tea for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Chill the tea in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Experiment with different teas or add other fruits for variations. For less sweetness, reduce sugar and increase peach slices.
