Ingredients
- Fresh Strawberries (2 cups)
- Ricotta Cheese (1 cup)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)

- Bread (4 slices)
- Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the strawberries by washing, hulling, and slicing them in half.
- Roast the strawberries for about 15-20 minutes on a baking sheet.
- Whip the ricotta with honey, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
