- 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
- 4 cups cold water
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice mix
- Sugar or sweetener, to taste
- 1 cup milk or dairy alternative (e.g., oat, almond, coconut)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Brew your cold brew coffee by combining 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups of cold water in a pitcher. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
- Prepare the pumpkin mixture by mixing 2 tablespoons of pumpkin purée with 1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice mix in a bowl.
- Combine the strained cold brew with the pumpkin mixture and stir well. Sweeten to taste.
- Pour in 1 cup of your preferred milk, mixing thoroughly.
- Chill again if desired, putting it back in the fridge for a few minutes.
- Serve over ice in your favorite glass and top with whipped cream, pumpkin spice mix, or caramel sauce if you like.
