Ingredients

- 8 ounces cooked pasta (any shape)
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Chop the mozzarella, bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
- Mix in a large bowl: pasta, pepperoni, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Add the Italian dressing, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then toss until combined.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
