A simple yet delicious peach cobbler that brings summer sweetness any time of the year.
Ingredients

- 1 can (29 oz) sliced peaches in syrup
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your baking dish by greasing a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl: whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix in the wet ingredients: pour in the milk and melted butter, stirring until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into the baking dish.
- Top with the can of sliced peaches (with syrup).
- Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar on top of the peaches.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and set.
- Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
