Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the zucchinis under cold water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry and slice them into half-moons about ¼ inch thick.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbly but not browned.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Sauté the sliced zucchini in the skillet, stirring to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper as it cooks.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Transfer the zucchini to a serving dish and drizzle any remaining butter over the top.
Notes
Great served with grilled chicken or salmon. Feel free to add Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
