Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or Dairy-free Cream Alternative
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Spinach or Seasonal Vegetables
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Arrange chicken and chop onion and garlic.
