Instructions
- Prepare the Zucchini: Wash the zucchinis and slice them into ¼-inch rounds.
- Set Up Your Dipping Stations: Prepare three shallow bowls for flour, eggs, and bread crumbs.
- Dredge the Zucchini Slices: Coat each zucchini slice in flour, then eggs, and finally the breadcrumb mixture.
