Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup lean protein (protein powder or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup apple, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup nuts or seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, measuring out the oats, protein powder, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
  2. Chop the apple into small, consistent pieces to ensure a delightful apple bite in each protein ball.

  4. Form tablespoons of the mixture into balls using your hands.
  5. Chill the protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
