1 can (15 oz) peach slices, drained & chopped
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix chopped peaches, pineapple, and marshmallows.
Sprinkle the pudding mix over the fruit and stir well.
Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
Gently mix in coconut and pecans (if using).
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
