- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced

- ½ cup Maple Syrup
- ½ cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Bell Peppers, cut into chunks
- Onions, cut into chunks
- Zucchini, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the Meatball Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, and egg. Add minced garlic, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Shape the Meatballs: Form mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Prepare the Maple BBQ Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together maple syrup, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Coat the Meatballs: Toss meatballs in half of the maple BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- Skewer the Kabobs: Alternate adding meatballs with chunks of bell peppers, onions, and zucchini onto skewers.
- Grill the Kabobs: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with remaining sauce.
- Check Doneness: Ensure meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Serve and Enjoy: Drizzle with remaining maple BBQ sauce before serving.
