Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the bread by cutting it into 1-inch cubes.
- Whisk together the pumpkin purée, milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and spices until smooth.
- Combine the pumpkin mixture with the bread cubes, ensuring each piece is coated.
- Let the mixture soak covered for about 20 minutes.
