Description

A flavor-packed dish featuring crispy fries topped with juicy BBQ brisket, rich barbecue sauce, and melted cheese, perfect for game day or a weekend barbecue.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium Russet Potatoes
  • 2 cups Smoked Brisket, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, sliced
  • Olive Oil, for drizzling
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into fries, then soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and dry the fries, then toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Warm the brisket if needed and mix with BBQ sauce.
  6. Layer the crispy fries on a platter, add the brisket, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  7. Melt the cheese by returning to the oven for 5 minutes.
  8. Drizzle with BBQ sauce, add sour cream, and garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

For a twist, try substituting the brisket with BBQ pulled pork or chicken. Sweet potatoes can also be used for a different flavor profile.
