Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Croutons

Instructions

  1. Prepare the kale by washing it thoroughly and removing the stems.
  2. Massage the kale with a tablespoon of olive oil to tenderize.
  3. Make the dressing by whisking together lemon juice, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, combine kale, croutons, and Parmesan cheese, and toss with the dressing.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving, and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes
