- 1.25 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
- Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on one side without moving it.
- Flip and Finish Cooking: After 6-7 minutes, flip the chicken using tongs. Grill for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Rest the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
