A scrumptious and creamy chicken salad with jalapeños and crispy bacon, perfect for quick lunches and potlucks.
Ingredients

- 2.5 lbs Cooked & Chopped Chicken Breast
- 4 oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- Salt/Pepper (Pinch)
- 4 slices Cooked Bacon (Chopped)
- 1 large Jalapeño (Seeded & Chopped)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Chop your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Put softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in mayonnaise until well combined.
- Add garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Toss in the prepared chicken and coat well.
- Fold in the chopped bacon and diced jalapeño gently.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and mix once more.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to meld flavors.
Notes
Serve chilled on lettuce, in wraps, with crackers, or as a sandwich filling. Can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
