Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions (scallions)
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1–2 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prep and crisp the bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and let drain. Once cool, crumble or chop into bite-size pieces.

- Add seasonings and mix-ins: Stir in the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and hot sauce. Mix thoroughly.
- Fold in cheese, bacon, and green onions: Gently incorporate shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
- Decide: Chill for at least 30 minutes or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Final seasoning and garnish: Taste and adjust with salt, pepper, or more hot sauce if needed. Garnish with fresh herbs.
