- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups Cooked White Rice
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce
- 4 large Flour Tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Butter or Oil
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the Taco Seasoning and a splash of water, then simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked rice and sour cream until evenly mixed.
- Assemble the burritos by laying out a tortilla and adding the beef and rice mixture, cheese, and chipotle sauce.
- Roll the burrito tightly and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Grill the burrito seam-side down in a skillet for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and grill the opposite side.
