Instructions
- Prep the peaches by slicing them. Optionally, peel for a smoother texture.
- Toss sliced peaches into a blender with sugar and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Chill the puree in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Freeze the mixture for 4-5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes for creaminess.
- Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones and garnish as desired.
Notes
Use fresh ripe peaches for best flavor. The sorbet can be customized with added berries or other flavors.
