Description

Instructions

  1. Prep the peaches by slicing them. Optionally, peel for a smoother texture.
  2. Toss sliced peaches into a blender with sugar and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Chill the puree in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  5. Freeze the mixture for 4-5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes for creaminess.
  6. Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones and garnish as desired.

Notes
