Instructions
- Prep your chicken by patting the thighs dry and seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat up the oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken thighs, skin-side down, for 6-7 minutes until golden-brown.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Make the hot honey sauce by combining honey, hot sauce, and garlic powder in a small pot and heating over low.
- Glaze the chicken in the hot honey sauce once cooked.
- Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before serving.
