Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground Meat (Beef, Turkey, or Chicken)
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Green Onions (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2–4 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and egg in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into 1- to 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Bake the meatballs on a lined baking sheet for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Prepare the glaze by simmering honey, Sriracha, and sesame oil in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes.
- Coat the meatballs in the glaze and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

Adjust the honey and Sriracha ratios based on your heat tolerance.
