Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Meat (Beef, Turkey, or Chicken)
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 24 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and egg in a bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1- to 1.5-inch meatballs.
  4. Bake the meatballs on a lined baking sheet for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Prepare the glaze by simmering honey, Sriracha, and sesame oil in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Coat the meatballs in the glaze and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
