  • 1 Cup Honey BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Pound Potatoes, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Fresh Parsley for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken breasts dry, season, and coat with honey BBQ sauce.
  2. Prepare potatoes by tossing diced potatoes in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast seasoned potatoes in the oven for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Cook chicken on a grill or skillet for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. Finish potatoes with Parmesan, returning them to the oven for 10 minutes until melted.
  6. Plate garlic Parmesan potatoes, add BBQ chicken on top, and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Let chicken marinate for 30 minutes or overnight for more flavor. Consider adding herbs to the potatoes for extra aroma.
