Ingredients

1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

½ cup red bell pepper, diced

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 (6.5 oz) jar artichoke hearts, drained and mashed

½ cup sour cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup heavy cream

Salt and ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine spinach, red bell pepper, garlic, and mashed artichoke hearts.

Stir in sour cream, Parmesan, and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer mixture to a small baking dish.

Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until hot and bubbling.

Serve warm with crackers, bread, or fresh-cut veggies.
