Description

Delicious high protein pizza rolls wrapped in whole wheat dough, perfect for any gathering or snack.


Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
  • Pepperoni Slices
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Egg (for wash)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your dough by kneading or letting store-bought dough rest.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Layer mozzarella, pepperoni, remaining mozzarella, and Italian seasoning on the dough.
  4. Roll up the dough tightly from one long edge.
  5. Cut the log into 10-12 rolls.
  6. Prep the baking dish by greasing lightly.
