Description

Delicious protein-packed bites inspired by classic McGriddles, perfect for breakfast lovers looking for a nutritious treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (cooked and cooled)
  • 2 cups protein pancake mix
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the sausage by browning in a skillet until cooked through, then allow to cool.
  3. Mix the protein pancake mix with water in a large bowl until just combined.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Prepare a mini muffin tin by greasing it with non-stick spray.
  6. Fill each muffin cavity about 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes before removing and drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
