- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
- 1–2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Granola
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your strawberries: Wash under cool water, pat dry, and slice into thin rounds or quarters.
- Mix the yogurt and matcha: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, matcha powder, and honey or maple syrup. Stir until smooth.
- Assemble the parfait: In a clear glass, layer the yogurt-matcha mixture, sliced strawberries, and granola. Repeat layers until the glass is full.
- Top it off: Drizzle with more honey or maple syrup and add extra strawberry slices if desired.
- Chill and serve: Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor fusion.
Notes
For added crunch, make your own granola. You can also experiment with different fruits or nut butter for variety.
