Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 4 cups Seasonal Vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by trimming any excess fat and mixing maple syrup, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the chicken in a zip-top bag or shallow dish with the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Prep the veggies by chopping them into bite-sized pieces and tossing them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Arrange the marinated chicken and seasoned veggies on a lined baking sheet.
