- 1 cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 3–4 fresh figs, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup/maple syrup)
- 2–3 tablespoons granola
- Optional: chopped almonds or walnuts
Instructions
- Prepare the figs: Wash and slice the figs, cutting them into quarters.
- Mix the yogurt: In a bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Layering time: In a glass, start with a layer of yogurt (1/3 of it).
- Add figs: Layer in sliced figs over the yogurt and sprinkle with salt.
- Granola crunch: Sprinkle granola on top of the figs.
- Repeat the process twice more: yogurt, figs, and granola.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with extra fig slices and nuts if using. Enjoy!
