Description

A delicious and nutritious parfait made with Greek yogurt, fresh figs, honey, and granola that elevates your breakfast game.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 34 fresh figs, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup/maple syrup)
  • 23 tablespoons granola
  • Optional: chopped almonds or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the figs: Wash and slice the figs, cutting them into quarters.
  2. Mix the yogurt: In a bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Layering time: In a glass, start with a layer of yogurt (1/3 of it).
  4. Add figs: Layer in sliced figs over the yogurt and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Granola crunch: Sprinkle granola on top of the figs.
  6. Repeat the process twice more: yogurt, figs, and granola.
  7. Drizzle with honey and garnish with extra fig slices and nuts if using. Enjoy!
