Description

A delightful no-bake cheesecake pie with a creamy filling, graham cracker crust, and playful gummy bear toppings, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve of graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 container of Cool Whip (8 oz)
  • 4 drops of blue food coloring
  • Gummy bears and peach rings, for topping
  • Mini umbrellas, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Crush the Graham Crackers: Take the sleeve of graham crackers and place them in a zip-lock bag or food processor. Crush them until fine.
  2. Mix with Butter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press it into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Chill the Crust: Pop it in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
  4. Beat the Cream Cheese: In another mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and sugar and beat until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the Cool Whip: Gently fold in the Cool Whip until combined smoothly.
  6. Add Food Coloring: Mix in a few drops of blue food coloring until desired color is reached.
  7. Pour the Filling: Take the crust out of the fridge and pour the creamy filling over it, spreading evenly.
  8. Add the Gummy Bears and Peach Rings: Scatter them evenly over the top of the cheesecake.
  9. Chill Again: Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours.
  10. Slice and Serve: Cut slices with a sharp knife dipped in hot water and serve each slice with a mini umbrella on top.
