  • Zucchini (1 medium, sliced)

  • Lemon Juice (from 1 lemon)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  2. Marinate the Seafood: Place shrimp and scallops in a bowl and pour two-thirds of the marinade over them. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
