Ingredients

- Scallops (1 lb)

Instructions
- Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Marinate the Seafood: Place shrimp and scallops in a bowl and pour two-thirds of the marinade over them. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
