- 2 Salmon Fillets
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon (juiced and zested)
- 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill (chopped)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk it all together until well combined.
- Marinate the Salmon: Place your salmon fillets skin-side down and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Fire up your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F).
- Grill the Salmon: Once hot, place the salmon fillets on the grates, skin-side down. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
- Baste for Extra Flavor: Brush on some additional marinade during the last couple of minutes of grilling.
- Rest and Serve: Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
