Description

A flavor-packed grilled salmon topped with a zesty lemon herb sauce that captures the essence of summer cookouts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Salmon Fillets
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill (chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk it all together until well combined.
  2. Marinate the Salmon: Place your salmon fillets skin-side down and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Fire up your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F).
  4. Grill the Salmon: Once hot, place the salmon fillets on the grates, skin-side down. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
  5. Baste for Extra Flavor: Brush on some additional marinade during the last couple of minutes of grilling.
  6. Rest and Serve: Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Pair with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad. Experiment with different herbs for variety.
