Creamy and tangy Greek yogurt popsicles that are endlessly customizable and perfect for a refreshing summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fruit puree or chopped fruit
  • 12 tablespoons lemon or lime juice (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional mix-ins: mini chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, chia seeds, or a swirl of jam

Instructions

  1. Prep your fruit (if using fresh) and puree.
  2. Whisk the base by combining Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, juice, and salt.
  3. Fold in the fruit or layer it in molds.
  4. Add mix-ins strategically to the last layer of the popsicle.
  5. Fill molds and place sticks in them.
  6. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Unmold popsicles by running warm water over the molds.
  8. Store and label popsicles in a sealed container.

Notes

These popsicles are easy to customize with different fruits, sweeteners, and mix-ins. For a creamier texture, consider adding a tablespoon of powdered milk.
