Description

Crispy and golden potato wedges seasoned with garlic and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 Russet Potatoes
  • 23 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs (Oregano or Thyme)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. Toss the wedges in a mixing bowl with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs over the wedges and toss well.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese and toss again until coated.
  6. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  8. Garnish with more Parmesan and parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Serve with dipping sauces like garlic aioli or ranch dressing.
