- 4 Russet Potatoes
- 2–3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs (Oregano or Thyme)
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
- Toss the wedges in a mixing bowl with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs over the wedges and toss well.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and toss again until coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Garnish with more Parmesan and parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Serve with dipping sauces like garlic aioli or ranch dressing.
