- 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Start by cutting your steak into 1-inch cubes and seasoning them generously with salt and pepper.
- Grab a large skillet and heat it over medium-high heat with the olive oil.
- Add the steak bites in a single layer to the hot skillet and sear them for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Toss in the zucchini half-moons and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they soften.
- Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet; stir to coat the steak and zucchini once the butter melts.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
