Description

A quick and flavorful dish of tender steak bites sautéed in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip)
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting your steak into 1-inch cubes and seasoning them generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Grab a large skillet and heat it over medium-high heat with the olive oil.
  3. Add the steak bites in a single layer to the hot skillet and sear them for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Toss in the zucchini half-moons and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they soften.
  5. Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet; stir to coat the steak and zucchini once the butter melts.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve with rice, salad, or enjoy right out of the skillet!
