- 4 cloves Fresh Minced Garlic

- 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, or mozzarella)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of salt in a small bowl, and spread generously on the bread cut in half lengthwise.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toast the garlic-buttered bread in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden.
- Layer the taco meat on the toasted bread and top with cheese.
- Melt the cheese in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
