Instructions

  2. Prepare the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Toss gently.
  3. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Assemble the Salad: Add sliced chicken to the vegetable mixture. Crumble feta and add olives. Drizzle dressing and toss to combine.
