Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground meat, cooking until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add sliced bell peppers and stir to combine.
- Open the crescent dough and lay out the triangles in a ring on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the meat mixture onto the center, top with shredded cheese.
- Fold the points of the dough over the filling and tuck them underneath.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden sheen.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
