Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
Optional toppings: green onions, sesame seeds, sriracha
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground pork or turkey and cook until browned.
Stir in garlic, cabbage, and carrots. Sauté until vegetables are tender, about 5–7 minutes.
Add soy sauce and stir well to coat.
Top with green onions, sesame seeds, or a drizzle of sriracha if desired. Serve hot.
