- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

- 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups milk (for pudding preparation)
- 1 container Cool Whip (thawed)
- Easter-themed sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- Combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and water in a bowl, mixing on medium speed until smooth.
- Divide the batter into separate bowls and add gel food coloring to each.
- Pour the colored batter into the prepared cake pans, swirling slightly for a marble effect.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Whisk together the pudding mix and 4 cups of milk until thick, then chill in the refrigerator.
- Cool the cakes in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Layer the first cake on a serving plate, add pudding, then top with the second cake.
- Frost the top and sides with Cool Whip.
- Decorate with Easter-themed sprinkles and any additional decorations you desire.
