Scale
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Drain the pineapple and mandarin oranges. Chop the apples and squeeze lime juice over them.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, coconut, pineapple, mandarin oranges, maraschino cherries, and apples.

  6. Serve in bowls, garnished with extra coconut or cherries.

Notes

This salad tastes better when made a day in advance. Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
