- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup maraschino cherries
- 1 cup diced apples (about 1–2 apples)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Drain the pineapple and mandarin oranges. Chop the apples and squeeze lime juice over them.
- In a large bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, coconut, pineapple, mandarin oranges, maraschino cherries, and apples.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream and whipped topping until smooth. Pour over the fruit mixture and fold gently.
- Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and chill for at least 1-2 hours.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with extra coconut or cherries.
Notes
This salad tastes better when made a day in advance. Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
