  • 1 pound Chicken Breast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your frozen fries, usually around 425°F (220°C). While that heats, peel and chop chicken into bite-sized pieces, then season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels, but save the grease for cooking chicken.
  3. Add seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet with remaining bacon grease and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Bake fries according to package instructions, typically about 20 minutes. Check halfway and flip for crispiness.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over cooked chicken in the skillet and allow it to melt.
  6. Assemble loaded fries by piling crispy fries on a serving plate and topping with cheesy chicken and crumbled bacon.
  7. Garnish with green onions and drizzle sour cream on top if desired.
