Description
Indulgent loaded fries topped with crispy bacon, tender chicken, and gooey cheese, perfect for game day.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package Frozen French Fries
- 1 pound Chicken Breast
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 slices Bacon
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Green Onions
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your frozen fries, usually around 425°F (220°C). While that heats, peel and chop chicken into bite-sized pieces, then season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels, but save the grease for cooking chicken.
- Add seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet with remaining bacon grease and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Bake fries according to package instructions, typically about 20 minutes. Check halfway and flip for crispiness.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over cooked chicken in the skillet and allow it to melt.
- Assemble loaded fries by piling crispy fries on a serving plate and topping with cheesy chicken and crumbled bacon.
- Garnish with green onions and drizzle sour cream on top if desired.
Notes
Feel free to customize with additional toppings like jalapeños or guacamole for a fun twist!
