Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the eggs and yogurt in a large bowl until smooth and frothy.
- Combine the baking powder, salt, xanthan gum, and almond flour in another bowl.
- Incorporate the dry mixture into the egg and yogurt blend, folding gently.
- Melt the butter or coconut oil and mix it into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool the bread for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
