- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by slicing the kielbasa, chopping the onion, and mincing the garlic. Trim the green beans and halve the baby potatoes.
- Layer the ingredients in the crockpot, starting with the sliced kielbasa, followed by the chopped onion, minced garlic, halved potatoes, and topped with green beans.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then pour the chicken broth over the top.
- Set your crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve after cooking is complete, gently stirring to combine and adjusting seasoning if necessary.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water during the last hour of cooking. Fresh herbs or balsamic vinegar can also enhance the flavor.
