Description

Crispy and fluffy potato wedges topped with savory bacon and zesty ranch dressing, perfect for snacking or sharing.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse your russet potatoes thoroughly, then chop them into wedges.
  3. Cook your strips of bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, ranch dressing mix, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the baking sheet in your preheated oven and bake the wedges for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Once the wedges are out of the oven, sprinkle the crumbled bacon over them.
  7. Transfer those wedges to a serving platter and drizzle with extra ranch dressing if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, save a little bacon grease to drizzle over the potatoes before baking.
