- 4 large russet potatoes
- 6 strips of bacon
- 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse your russet potatoes thoroughly, then chop them into wedges.
- Cook your strips of bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, ranch dressing mix, salt, and pepper.
- Place the baking sheet in your preheated oven and bake the wedges for 30-35 minutes.
- Once the wedges are out of the oven, sprinkle the crumbled bacon over them.
- Transfer those wedges to a serving platter and drizzle with extra ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, save a little bacon grease to drizzle over the potatoes before baking.
