Description
Delicious and sweet-spicy corn ribs drizzled with hot honey and butter, perfect for BBQs or dinner parties.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 Fresh Corn on the Cob
- 1/4 cup Hot Honey
- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Start by shucking the corn, removing the husk and silk. Trim the ends to stabilize the corn cobs. Standing the corn upright on a cutting board, carefully slice the corn in half lengthwise to create ribs.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high or set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Optionally, preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, stir in the hot honey until fully combined.
- Place the corn ribs on a baking sheet or directly on the grill and brush them generously with the hot honey butter mixture.
- Cook the corn ribs for about 10-15 minutes on the grill, turning halfway through, or roast for 20 minutes in the oven or 12-15 minutes in the air fryer.
- Remove from heat once golden brown and tender, drizzle with remaining hot honey butter, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
